Three simple steps for producing Toilet Paper Rolls (Converting Jumbo Rolls into Toilet Paper Rolls)

1. The Automatic Cardboard Machine produces the inside core of the toilet paper rolls.
2. The worker places a cardboard tube on the Toilet Paper Rewinder and with the press of a button, the Toilet Paper Rewinder rolls the paper (that arrive from the jumbo roll) onto the cardboard tube, while at the same time, the paper is embossed and perforated. When finished, the machine automatically stops.. (When the Tolilet Paper Rewinder is equipped with a Tail Sealer unit – the logs will be shifted aside from the rewinder automatically towards the Automatic Log Saw ).
3. The logs will be cut by the Automatic or Manual Saw to the final ”end product”.
